(Actually I wrote this text yesterday. So let's all just assume I did post it back then, so I won't have to swap today with yesterday and so on.)

Today we are celebrating the 1738th anniversary of the beheading of the patron saint of the beekeepers, Valentinus of Interamna, by giving our lovers flowers, candies and things that are not quite G-rated. Yay for us. This amuses me every year ever since I read about it a decade ago.

This morning, after getting up, they did a survey on radio about pet names that couples give each other. What a terrible and corny way to wake up. Even if I weren't single. I've heard insults that weren't that awkward. If it wouldn't take so long to find a good frequency on my radio clock...

The model I met yesterday asked me about my relationship status and on my reply said that I could at least save some money that way. Well, you can find something good in everything. At least she made up with a little backrub (I guess I looked terrible tense and couldn't fend her off). Just a few minutes with cloths on, but hell that was good. And there I noticed that I need that more often to relax a bit and did some research. It isn't that expensive in a good spa. I've blown more bucks for things that are more useless.

But you might have noticed the second word in the last paragraph. Yes, a (potential) model. I'm back in business, if you like to say so. She has to check with her boyfriend first (I remember the last time a model didn't do that beforehand), but it looks good so far. And I'm in contact with others as well. I really need to do some shootings again. The list of ideas in my notebook (paper version... those who remember vinyl records as a no-scratch medium and rotary dials should know them as well) got quite long. So, maybe I can present you some new images before I reach 100 watchers... again... by dewatchings, of which I assume they are mostly due my inactivity.

I've put several of my projects on halt, to concentrate on the few I have time for. Like Collected Light (will release a newsletter there tomorrow or so) or my sporadic work on the redesign of my homepage (actually I just have to reprogram the gallery system and write a few texts, everything else has been done months ago). Well, you could say that's a good excuse for not writing my own books or refill my shirt-shop.

Anyway, the catching up is progressing quite well and I assume I'm fully back on my feet in a few weeks.

Random thing about me you most likely didn't know (and probably don't even care) about.
I'm driving around with a chest of drawers in my car for about two weeks, since I didn't get to clear the space where it's supposed to go and am too lazy to carry it into my little flat. Now that I admitted this, I have to set it up asap, so I won't appear too lazy, in case someone asks about it in the comments.
